Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Ribbed disposable trays measuring 190x150x17mm, set of 10 pieces, featuring a special design with raised ribs on the tray bottom for superior stability of ink cups and consumables during tattoo sessions. The raised ribs (ridges) on the tray's interior surface function as an anti-slip system, preventing ink cup displacement from accidental contact or vibrations transmitted through the work surface. This is the key difference from standard smooth trays — on a smooth tray, small ink cups can slide and tip over at the slightest touch, wasting expensive ink and contaminating other consumables. The ribs create additional friction that keeps cups in a fixed position. The compact 190x150mm size is suitable for sessions with limited color palettes (1-5 colors), small to medium tattoos, touch-ups, and minimal workstation configurations. The 17mm depth provides sufficient edges to contain potential spills. Manufactured from rigid food-grade plastic, non-toxic, BPA-free, with optimal structural strength for tattoo consumable weight. As a single-use product, it is discarded entirely after the session in the biological waste bag, following DSP sanitary protocols. The set of 10 covers 1-2 weeks of activity for an individual artist. Stackable for compact storage. The ribbed model is preferred by artists working on slightly inclined surfaces or articulated arms where stability is critical.
