Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Grommets and Allen Key Set is an essential consumable and tool kit for coil tattoo machines, containing dampening O-rings (grommets) together with the hex key needed for installation. Grommets (or nipples) are rubber or silicone rings mounted on the needle bar serving two critical functions simultaneously: dampening vibrations transmitted from the electromagnetic mechanism to the needle, and keeping the needle centered in the grip tube guide. Without functional grommets, the needle vibrates excessively, produces metallic noise in the tube, and moves laterally — all seriously compromising line quality and procedure comfort. Grommets wear quickly in professional use — rubber degrades through contact with ink, disinfectants, and repeated mechanical stress, becoming too soft (no longer centers the needle), too rigid (no longer dampens), or breaks completely. Therefore, they are considered single-use or very short-life consumables, requiring replacement every session or every few sessions. The Allen key included in the set is specifically sized for screws used in tattoo machine component mounting, eliminating the need to search for the right tools.
