Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Tattoo Soothe Topical Anesthetic Gel is used during a procedure to help relieve pain, swelling and bleeding from procedures. It has a swift, rapid-acting formula of 5% Lidocaine, 2% Tetracaine, and 0.02% Epinephrine. Clients feel less pain, artists can achieve greater clarity and work longer with less movement.

How to Use Tattoo Soothe Topical Anesthetic Gel:
After the initial few passes, place a thin layer of Tattoo Soothe Topical Anesthetic Gel over the area being worked on and wait approximately one to two minutes. As you continue working, repeat process, upon customer’s request.

Tattoo Soothe 10g is a topical anesthetic gel specifically formulated for the tattoo industry, designed to reduce discomfort during and after tattoo sessions. The compact 10g format is the individual per-client size — sufficient quantity to cover a small or medium tattoo throughout a standard session. The gel contains a complex of topical anesthetic agents (lidocaine and/or prilocaine in professional concentrations) that block local nerve signals, significantly reducing pain perception without affecting the quality of the artist's work. The gel texture ensures adhesion to worked skin without dripping or diluting ink — unlike sprays or liquid creams that can interfere with visibility. Tattoo Soothe is applied during the procedure, not before — it is a secondary numbing product that works on open skin (after needles have perforated the stratum corneum). Application: after the first 10-15 minutes of work, dab the area, apply a thin layer of gel, cover with stretch film for 2-3 minutes, then wipe and continue working. The effect lasts 45-90 minutes. The 10g format is ideal from a hygiene perspective — each client receives their own container, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination. Do not reuse the container on multiple clients.
