Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Transparent adhesive tape 2.5 cm x2.5m is the medical adhesive tape with superior adhesion, used in tattoo studios for secure dressing fixation in situations requiring water resistance and enhanced durability. Unlike paper adhesive tape which is breathable but with moderate adhesion, the transparent variant offers strong skin adhesion, resistance to moisture and perspiration, and reliable fixation on body areas with constant movement (joints, flexible zones). The transparent polyurethane or polyester material allows visual monitoring of the area under the tape without removal. The 2.5 cm width is the standard for securing compress and dressing edges. The 2.5m length provides sufficient material for 20-30 applications. The adhesive is formulated for firm adhesion with controlled removability — it is not permanent. Professional use: dressing fixation on areas with high perspiration or frequent movement, additional fixation over paper tape for extra security, and situations where the client will be exposed to moisture (light physical activity). Complementary to paper tape: use paper as standard for sensitive skin, transparent for situations requiring additional adhesion. Not recommended as first contact on very sensitive skin or hairy areas — the strong adhesion may cause discomfort upon removal. CE compliant, medical product.
