Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Pierce Industrial 100015 is an industrial barbell piercing made from 316L surgical stainless steel with polished silver finish, designed for the ear's industrial piercing — a double perforation traversing the upper cartilage of the auricular pavilion. The long straight bar (approximately 35-38mm) with standard 14G gauge (1.6mm) is terminated at both ends with threaded spherical balls made from surgical steel. The distinctive element of this model is the decorative ornament mounted centrally on the bar — a metal inima charm, precision-cut from stainless steel and solidly fixed on the bar. The industrial piercing is one of the most impressive ear piercings, traversing two cartilage points (usually upper and lower helix or helix and anti-helix) with a single long bar. 316L surgical stainless steel ensures biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The industrial barbell requires a longer healing period than simple piercings — 6-12 months — and must be installed exclusively by a professional piercer who evaluates ear anatomy for compatibility. Threaded balls allow easy removal and cleaning, and the bar's straight design maintains correct alignment of both perforations throughout healing.
