Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Say goodbye to carbon thermal printing! You will be amazed at the quality of your stencils using the InkJet system and also how much you will reduce your weekly/monthly running costs.
The patented 120ml InkJet printer ink, which can only be used with the EPSON Eco Tank range of printers, but Epson does not own this ink.
Make sure you also buy the 240ml InkJet Stencil Prep Spray and Inkjet Stencil Paper. Combined with an EPSON Eco Tank printer, the 4 products go hand in hand to produce insanely crisp, clear, precise and easy to work stencils.
Each 120ml bottle will produce approximately 3,000 stencils!
Inkjet stencils are less than half the price per printed page compared to traditional carbon paper stencils.
2 120ml bottles are enough to fill the ink tanks, although 1 is enough to work.
InkJet stencils only work with the Epson Eco Tank range of printers.
This is a carbonless system, so the use of InkJet Stencil Spray is vital to transfer the ink from the tracing paper to the client's skin.
Once the cartridge has been inserted into the printer, it must remain in a vertical position. Failure to do so will result in air pockets that will prevent the printer from operating.
If the printer model used has several ink tanks, the 120ml bottle must be dispersed over all, no tank can be empty at the beginning of the process.
Since the tanks are emptied during use, it is not necessary to top up until the last tank is empty.
Users should not treat this device as a multifunctional printer in the studio.
The printer should only be used for printing templates using the Inkjet formula.
Common printer ink and toner can be toxic.
The Stencil Prep spray actively balances the skin to the point where it is PH neutral. This is something that very few template preparation solutions do, this is important because achieving neutrality means that the template will require a lot of effort to remove.
