Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

InkJet Stencil Prep Spray, which is one of the strongest stencil preps I've come across. Designed to be used with Inkjet for ciss and Inkjet transfer paper. It can also be used with classic carbon-based transfer papers.

Inkjet Stencil Prep Spray 240 ml is the professional skin preparation solution specifically formulated for transferring inkjet-printed stencils onto the skin. Unlike generic transfer sprays designed only for traditional carbon stencils, this prep spray is chemically optimized to fix inkjet ink on the epidermal surface, ensuring a clear, detailed, and durable transfer throughout the entire tattoo session. The alcohol and adhesive polymer-based formula creates a thin layer on the skin that captures inkjet pigment and keeps it visible even in heavily worked areas where perspiration and manipulation could fade a conventional stencil. Application is straightforward: shake the bottle, spray evenly from 15-20 cm distance onto clean, shaved skin, wait 10-15 seconds until the skin becomes slightly tacky to the touch, then apply the printed stencil. Press firmly for 30 seconds and lift the paper with a steady motion. The result is a precise violet-blue line that faithfully reproduces every detail from the digital design. Compatible with all inkjet stencil printing systems, including modified CISS printers and Electrum or InkJet Stencils ink. The 240 ml bottle with fine atomizer provides even coverage without waste — sufficient for approximately 80-120 applications depending on stencil size. Leaves no oily residue on skin, does not interfere with tattoo ink penetration, and cleans easily with isopropyl alcohol. The direct alternative to stencil gel or Stencil Stuff, but specifically formulated for the digital inkjet workflow that is becoming standard in modern studios. Ideal for artists who have transitioned from hectographic paper to direct printing and need impeccable transfers. Dermatologically tested, free from irritating ingredients.
