Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Inkmachines Part No. 03B — X2 Cap Assy is the original cap assembly for the Inkmachines Scorpion X2 tattoo machine, the advanced version of the iconic Scorpion. Unlike part no. 03 designed for Scorpion X1, this is a complete assembly that includes the cap and complementary elements specific to the X2 architecture, designed for compatibility with both new Neo cartridges and standard cartridges. The Scorpion X2 was redesigned from the X1 with significant internal geometry modifications to accommodate the dual cartridge system, necessitating a cap with different dimensions and mounting interface. The X2 Cap Assy assembly maintains the Inkmachines sealed design philosophy, completely isolating the internal rotary mechanism from the working environment — a hygiene standard that exceeds the requirements of most health authorities. The material is Inkmachines' proprietary anodized aluminum alloy with a durable finish resistant to scratches, ink, and sterilization agents. Mounting is done via the X2 slide system (part no. 215) which differs dimensionally from X1 slides. The part is essential for restoring the structural and hygienic integrity of the Scorpion X2 machine after damage to the original cap. Available in standard Scorpion X2 colors. The Scorpion X2 represents the evolution of the Scorpion line, with native support for Neo and standard cartridges, improved motor, and refined ergonomics. The X2 Cap Assy reflects these improvements through an adapted design accommodating the modified internal geometry. As a critical structural part, the X2 cap must maintain perfect internal mechanism sealing — a hygiene standard that Inkmachines established as a benchmark in the tattoo industry. Replacing a damaged cap restores both the protective functionality and the premium aesthetics of the machine.
