Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Eternal Ink Gray Wash Medium 30ml is the intermediate tone in Eternal's three-shade pre-calibrated gray wash series, delivering a perfectly balanced gray that serves as a tonal bridge between Dark and Light. This is the most frequently used ink in the set — the medium tone covers the largest surface area in most realism and portrait work, forming the tonal base upon which deep shadows (with Dark) and highlights (with Light) are built. The pre-calibrated formula ensures the same neutral medium gray in every bottle, eliminating the inconsistency of manual dilution. The consistency is medium — thicker than Light but more fluid than Dark — allowing both uniform fills and fine gradients. Purified Carbon Black pigments remain in stable suspension, and the tone maintains neutrality when healed, without chromatic shifts toward blue or brown. Ideal for shading large areas in portraits, creating depth in realism work, and the base tone in monochrome neo-traditional pieces. Works excellently with Round Magnum (RM) 9-13 at voltages of 7-8.5V for uniform shading. 100% vegan formulation, EU REACH compliant, gamma-sterilized. Gray Wash Medium is often the first bottle finished in the set, which is why purchasing this tone separately is a practical option for artists who consume uneven volumes of the three tones.
