Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Intenze Special Shading Solution 120ml is the professional dilution solution specifically designed for shading, wash, and blending techniques in tattoos. This is not a simple dilution solution — it contains specific agents that facilitate uniform and controlled ink penetration into the skin, producing smooth gradients, natural transitions, and washes with quality superior to any improvised diluter. Special Shading Solution is the industry-standard tool for creating the grey palette in black and grey realism — mixed with True Black or Zuper Black, it produces a complete range from deep black to the subtlest grey, with each tone uniform and predictable. The formula acts as an optimized carrier that transports pigments into the skin in a controlled manner, reducing blow-out risk and ensuring homogeneous color distribution in the dermal layer. Used in ratios from 1:1 to 1:10 depending on desired wash intensity. Compatible with all Intenze inks including colors — diluting colors with Special Shading Solution produces excellent transparent color washes.
