Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze's pre-dispersed formula ensures perfect consistency straight from the bottle — no excessive shaking or dilution required. High-concentration organic pigments are suspended in a vegan, sterile carrier free of animal-derived components. Every batch undergoes independent laboratory testing to confirm absence of aromatic amines, spores, staphylococcus, bacillus, and any biological or fungal contamination. Cherry Bomb performs excellently for both solid color fills and gradient transitions. The medium consistency allows constant flow through the ink tube without clogging, regardless of needle configuration — works optimally with magnums for large fills and round liners for precise detail work.
