Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze Gray Wash Dark 30 ml is a dark gray pre-mixed wash for professional shading tattoo ink formulated by Mario Barth with maximum-concentration organic pigments in a sterilized vegan carrier. The pre-dispersed formula ensures perfect consistency straight from the bottle, requiring no excessive shaking or dilution. Gray Wash Dark is the most intense in the series of three Intenze Gray Washes (Dark, Medium, Light), delivering a deep gray approaching black but with controlled transparency allowing layered builds and gradients. Unlike manually diluted black which can be inconsistent, Gray Wash Dark provides the same concentration from first to last drop. Every batch undergoes independent laboratory testing to confirm absence of aromatic amines, spores, staphylococcus, and any biological or fungal contamination. Storage occurs in temperature-and-light-controlled conditions to maintain sterility until opening. Gray Wash Dark is the foundation of professional black and grey shading. It works as a base layer for three-dimensional volumetry, deep shadow in realistic portraits, and transition tone between pure black and mid-tones. Together with Gray Wash Medium and Light, it forms a complete shading system eliminating improvisation. Can also be used with magnums for semi-transparent fills or round shaders for fine blending. Medium consistency allows constant flow through any needle configuration — magnums for fills, round liners for details. Compared to manual black dilution, Gray Wash Dark offers lot-to-lot consistency impossible to replicate manually. Healing is extremely stable — grays heal predictably without chromatic shift. CTL certified, EU REACH compliant. 30 ml bottle with twist-lock cap.
