Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze Gray Wash Light 30 ml is a light gray pre-mixed wash for delicate transitions and highlights tattoo ink formulated by Mario Barth with maximum-concentration organic pigments in a sterilized vegan carrier. The pre-dispersed formula ensures perfect consistency straight from the bottle, requiring no excessive shaking or dilution. Gray Wash Light is the most subtle in the series of three Intenze Gray Washes (Dark, Medium, Light), delivering a delicate, near-transparent gray perfect for fine transitions and highlight areas in black and grey work. This minimal pigment concentration allows building ethereal, almost invisible layers that add subtle depth. Every batch undergoes independent laboratory testing to confirm absence of aromatic amines, spores, staphylococcus, and any biological or fungal contamination. Storage occurs in temperature-and-light-controlled conditions to maintain sterility until opening. Gray Wash Light is indispensable for high-quality black and grey work. It functions as the last layer before clean skin — the transition from medium gray to nothing. In portraits, it defines subtle facial volumes: cheekbones, forehead, nose. In realism, it creates fog, smoke, and atmosphere effects. Together with Gray Wash Dark and Medium, it completes the tonal shading system.
