Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze Light Brown 30 ml is a light warm brown tattoo ink with sand and honey undertones, formulated by Mario Barth with maximum-concentration organic pigments in a sterilized vegan carrier. The pre-dispersed formula ensures perfect consistency straight from the bottle. Light Brown is the lightest brown in the Intenze range, ideal for portrait highlights and light skin tones. This warm, luminous shade evokes warm sand, honey, and bronzed skin — a delicate but present brown that adds warmth without weight. Every batch undergoes independent laboratory testing for absence of aromatic amines, spores, and biological contamination. Light Brown excels in realistic portraits as a skin highlight tone — mixed with Snow White Mixing it creates the lightest natural skin shades. Combined with Co-Co and Dark Brown, it forms a complete brown spectrum for three-dimensional volumetry. Works excellently for blonde or light brown hair in portraits, light wood in decorative elements, and warm background tones in illustrative styles. Medium-light consistency allows excellent flow through any needle configuration — magnums for uniform fills, round liners for fine hair details. Compared to Eternal Light Brown which is more reddish, Intenze Light Brown maintains balanced neutrality and warmth.
