Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze Snow White Opaque 60ml is the most opaque white ink available on the professional tattoo market, formulated to deliver dense coverage and maximum visibility even on darker skin tones. The unique formula uses cosmetic-grade titanium dioxide in a high concentration, dispersed in a purified water-based carrier that ensures consistent and predictable flow. Unlike other white inks that appear transparent after healing, Snow White Opaque maintains a remarkable degree of opacity, making it the essential tool for highlights in color realism, light details in portraits, and accents in neo-traditional and new school styles. It mixes perfectly with any Intenze color to create pastel versions — combined with True Magenta it produces vibrant pinks, with Lining Red it creates coral, and with True Blue you obtain baby blue shades. It is also used as an opacifying base in cover-ups, applied beneath final colors to block the existing tattoo. The consistency is thicker than standard colored inks, requiring needles with generous flow — Magnum or Round Shader with #12 gauge are ideal. The 60ml bottle is the most popular format because white ink is consumed rapidly in complex color projects.
