Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Intenze Soft Orange 30 ml is a delicate pastel orange tattoo ink with controlled transparency, formulated by Mario Barth with maximum-concentration organic pigments in a sterilized vegan carrier. Pre-dispersed formula ensures perfect consistency. Soft Orange is the delicate variant of the Intenze orange family — a pastel, luminous orange with natural transparency allowing ethereal layer building and subtle transitions. Unlike bold, opaque, aggressive Hard Orange, Soft Orange is delicate, airy, and full of light. This shade evokes ripe peaches, gentle sunsets, and early autumn colors. Every batch undergoes independent laboratory testing. Soft Orange excels in whip shading and orange transitions, warm highlights in autumn work, subtle warm skin tones, floral realism (rose petals with orange), and neo-traditional (transitions from yellow to Hard Orange). Mixes excellently: with Hard Orange for complete orange spectrum, with Golden Yellow for peach-yellow, with Cherry Bomb for pink-orange, with Snow White Mixing for pastel peach. Medium-light consistency allows fluid whip shading. Light orange healing: 18-22% loss, but Soft Orange maintains delicacy. CTL certified, EU REACH compliant. 30 ml bottle.
