Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
The Tube Vice Assembly Dragonfly (part no. 43) is the original tube (grip) clamping assembly for the InkMachines Dragonfly rotary machine, the mechanical component responsible for firm and centered securing of the working tube onto the machine body. This precision assembly ensures the grip remains perfectly stable during operation, eliminating any lateral play or accidental rotation that could compromise line accuracy and shading consistency. The Dragonfly tube vice system uses a screw-tightening mechanism that applies uniform pressure around the tube circumference, enabling secure fixing of standard-diameter grips compatible with the machine. Manufactured to original InkMachines specifications from high-quality materials — anodized aluminum alloy resistant to corrosion and mechanical wear — the assembly maintains the tight tolerances necessary for silent, vibration-free operation of the Dragonfly machine. The engineering design allows quick adjustment of tube position on the vertical axis without requiring complete disassembly, facilitating configuration changes between lining and shading in seconds. The tube vice assembly is a wear part subjected to repeated tightening-loosening cycles at each configuration change, and the thread and contact surface wear progressively. Signs indicating replacement is needed include: tube play even at maximum tightening, worn screw thread, contact surface deformation, or unusual noises in the grip area. The original InkMachines part guarantees perfect dimensional compatibility with all Dragonfly versions and maintains the precision standards of the Swedish manufacturer. Keeping a spare part in your service kit is recommended.
