Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The InkMachines Retainer Screw (part no. 45) is the original retention screw designed for InkMachines Dragonfly and Stingray rotary machines, the essential component within the needle bar securing system that ensures controlled mechanical pressure on the needle bar. This precision screw, manufactured from high-quality metal alloy with anti-wear surface treatment, allows fine adjustment of the fixing force applied to the needle bar: progressive tightening for line work requiring absolute stability, or more moderate pressure for shading and blending techniques where minimal flexibility is beneficial. The retainer screw's precision thread guarantees uniform and progressive tightening, eliminating the risk of sudden locking or thread slippage — critical aspects when working with hundredths of a millimeter tolerances. The screw design is optimized for InkMachines: the head allows ergonomic manual tightening during sessions without requiring external tools, and the thread geometry is calibrated to fit exactly into the threaded hole of the machine body. As a wear part subjected to repeated tightening-loosening cycles at each needle bar configuration, the retainer screw wears progressively — the thread loses definition, the head can deform, and clamping pressure decreases. Replacement signs include: the needle bar develops play even at maximum tightening, the screw unscrews itself under vibrations, or the thread rotates without advancing. Original part no. 45 is the only one guaranteeing perfect compatibility with the InkMachines retention assembly.
