Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Ultimate Beauty Waterproof Gray No5 Eyebrow Pencil is a professional pre-drawing pencil with a neutral grey lead, specially designed for facial mapping on the fair skin of clients with greying, silver, or ash blonde hair. The neutral grey shade (without pronounced warm or cool undertone) harmonizes perfectly with natural eyebrows that have lost brown/black pigment and acquired silver and grey tones — a frequent situation among mature clients who constitute an important segment of the micropigmentation market. In anti-aging micropigmentation, the Gray No5 pencil allows mapping that faithfully reflects the desired final result: natural-looking eyebrows with neutral tonality that do not appear artificial on completely grey hair. The waterproof formula ensures line persistence throughout the procedure. The lead produces fine lines of 0.2-0.5mm, ideal for precise mapping. The dermatologically tested formulation is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, safe for the periocular and perioral area — essential for mature clients with more sensitive skin. The ergonomic shape offers precise control. It sharpens with a standard cosmetic sharpener and removes with oil-based makeup remover.
