Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The marker is similar to a felt-tip pen and the ink flows from the internal reservoir as the tip moves across the surface of the skin.

The marker's total 14cm length is complemented by a ruler engraved or printed directly on the instrument body, allowing quick and precise measurements directly on the client's skin — distances between anatomical reference points, design element symmetry, and proportion verification. The marker tip is fine-type, with approximately 0.5-1mm line thickness, ideal for tracing contours and pre-drawing guides that need to be visible enough to guide work but thin enough not to interfere with the final design. The ink is specially formulated for skin application: clearly visible on all skin types (from very fair to very dark), resistant to accidental wiping with petroleum jelly or exudate during tattooing, yet easily removable with isopropyl alcohol or soap at the procedure's end. The formula is non-toxic, dermatologically tested, and does not penetrate deep skin layers — it remains at the epidermis surface. In micropigmentation, the ruler marker is indispensable for face mapping: measuring and marking reference points for symmetric eyebrows, lip contours, and eyeliner lines. The integrated ruler eliminates the need for a separate instrument, reducing the number of objects on the workstation and cross-contamination risk.
