Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Sharpie Ultimate Beauty Waterproof White Eyebrow Pencil is a professional pre-drawing instrument with a white lead, specially designed for precise marking on darker skin tones and for micropigmentation contouring. The white color provides maximum visual contrast on medium and dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick III-VI), where standard brown or black pencils become practically invisible. In micropigmentation, the white pencil is essential for face mapping technique: drawing guide lines for eyebrows, defining height, width, and symmetry boundaries without interfering with the pigment to be applied. The waterproof formula ensures guide lines remain intact throughout the procedure — resistant to perspiration, sebum, and accidental contact with topical anesthesia creams or gels. The lead is soft enough for comfortable application without excessive pressure on sensitive facial skin, yet firm enough to produce precise lines of 0.2-0.5mm thickness. The pencil shape is ergonomic, designed for the precision demanded by facial features. The pencil is easily sharpened with any standard cosmetic pencil sharpener. The formulation is dermatologically tested, non-toxic, and safe for contact with the sensitive skin of the periocular and perioral area. It removes easily at procedure's end with oil-based makeup remover or micellar solution. In tattooing, the white pencil is used for marking on dark skin where stencil transfer is poorly visible, and for adding supplementary guides.
