Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Sharpie Ultimate Beauty Waterproof Yellow Eyebrow Pencil is a professional pre-drawing instrument with a yellow lead, designed for visible marking on darker skin tones and for advanced face mapping techniques in micropigmentation. Yellow offers a unique contrast on medium and dark skin tones (Fitzpatrick III-VI), representing an alternative to the white pencil — on some skin tones, yellow is actually more visible than white, especially on skin with warm undertones. In advanced micropigmentation, the yellow pencil is used as a second reference pencil in multi-color mapping technique: white marks the upper and lower eyebrow boundaries, while yellow marks the maximum arch height points and tail position — chromatic differentiation eliminates visual confusion and accelerates the mapping process. The waterproof formula ensures line persistence throughout the procedure, resistant to perspiration, sebum, and contact with topical anesthesia creams. The lead is soft enough for comfortable application on sensitive facial skin, producing fine lines of 0.2-0.5mm. The pencil is sharpened with a standard cosmetic sharpener. The formulation is dermatologically tested, non-toxic, and safe for the periocular and perioral area. It removes easily with oil-based makeup remover. In tattooing, the yellow pencil is useful for pre-drawing on dark skin and for marking design elements that need to be differentiated from main lines (shading vs. contour).
