Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The intense Black No1 color produces the strongest contrast on fair and medium skin tones (Fitzpatrick I-IV), making it the foundational pencil in every professional micropigmentation kit. In face mapping technique, the black pencil is used for tracing the main reference lines — eyebrow start, arch, and tail tip — providing clear visual definition that the artist can follow precisely during pigment application. The waterproof formula ensures lines remain intact throughout the procedure (1-3 hours), resistant to perspiration, sebaceous secretion, and contact with topical anesthesia cream or gels. The lead is formulated with a precise balance between hardness and softness: soft enough to glide on skin without excessive pressure, yet firm enough to produce fine lines of 0.2-0.5mm thickness after sharpening. The ergonomic pencil shape allows comfortable grip and micro-movement control, essential for the precision demanded by professional face mapping. The formulation is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and safe for use in the sensitive periocular area — critical for permanent eyeliner procedures.
