Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Ultimate Beauty Waterproof Black/Brown No3 Eyebrow Pencil is a professional pre-drawing pencil with a unique warm black-brown shade, positioned between pure black (No1) and classic brown (No2) in the Ultimate Beauty range. This intermediate shade is ideal for artists who want visible guide lines harmonized with the client's natural eyebrow tone — especially for brunettes with warm undertones and clients with dark auburn or chestnut hair. In micropigmentation, No3 is the preferred pencil when the artist wants mapping lines to visually suggest the final result, as the black-brown shade closely matches the most commonly used pigment colors (Dark Brown, Ebony Brown). The waterproof formula ensures resistance throughout the procedure against perspiration, sebum, and topical anesthesia creams. The lead produces fine lines of 0.2-0.5mm, ideal for tracing individual hair strokes in microblading mapping.
