Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Ultimate Beauty Waterproof Gray/Brown No4 Eyebrow Pencil is a professional pre-drawing pencil with a distinctive grey-brown (taupe) shade, designed for facial mapping on clients with partially greying hair and cool skin undertone. The No4 taupe shade positions itself between warm brown (No2) and pure grey (No5), offering a chromatic solution for an important client segment: those with hair transitioning from brown to grey, with the characteristic mix of brown and silver strands. This shade also harmonizes with cool undertone skin — pink-beige, Nordic complexion — where warm tones (warm brown) would appear discordant. In micropigmentation, No4 enables mapping that faithfully reflects the taupe and grey-brown pigments frequently used for middle-aged clients: Cool Brown, Taupe, Ash Brown, Dark Blonde. The waterproof formula ensures line persistence throughout the procedure. The lead produces fine lines of 0.2-0.5mm. The dermatologically tested formulation is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, safe for the periocular area. The ergonomic shape offers precise control. It sharpens with a standard cosmetic sharpener, removes with oil-based makeup remover.
