Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use the device in areas with herpes, tattoos, on keloid scars, on areas with infections, after surgery (40 days after surgery), if you have broken veins or vessels, severe solar keratosis, raised moles or warts, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, epilepsy or during pregnancy and if you use anticoagulants.

Each individual needle has an ultra-fine diameter that creates controlled micro-perforations in the epidermal layer, stimulating natural collagen and elastin production without causing excessive trauma. This controlled stimulation process — called Collagen Induction Therapy (CIT) — triggers the skin's natural healing mechanisms, resulting in improved texture, reduced acne scarring, diminished fine lines, and increased topical product absorption. Needles are manufactured from high-quality medical steel, individually sterilized through gamma irradiation or ethylene oxide, and hermetically sealed to guarantee sterility until use. The F5 cartridge mounts via click on the compatible microneedling device head without tools or complicated procedures. These are single-use products — never reuse or re-sterilize. Penetration depth is adjusted from the microneedling device (0.25mm-2.5mm), allowing treatment customization based on the zone and therapeutic indication.
