Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

These non-woven compresses are made of pressed fibers, resembling fabric, and provide high absorption capacity.
Compared to woven material compresses, PPSB material produces fewer lint particles and leaves fewer fibers in the wound when removed.
They are stronger, thicker, and softer than woven compresses, acting as a barrier to prevent wound contamination.

Non-sterile PPSB (polypropylene spunbond) compresses folded in 4 are the essential consumable for absorbing and cleaning excess ink, blood, and fluids during tattoo sessions. PPSB material is a non-woven synthetic polypropylene fiber, superior to cotton in several critical aspects for tattooing: it does not leave fibers on skin (cotton leaves lint that can contaminate the tattoo), has high absorption capacity without disintegration, and is hypoallergenic. The 4-fold layering provides optimal thickness that absorbs efficiently while allowing the artist to feel skin texture through the compress — essential for pressure control during wiping. The 5x5 cm folded (10x10 cm unfolded) size is the industry standard for wiping in the work area. Professional use: wiping excess ink and blood during tattooing, cleaning the area with green soap or sterile water, absorbing fluids during piercing, and protecting work surfaces. Non-sterile compresses are adequate for tattooing because the procedure itself is not sterile (working on intact skin that becomes a controlled open wound), unlike surgical procedures requiring a complete sterile field. Each package contains sufficient compresses for multiple professional working sessions. PPSB is tear-resistant even when completely saturated with liquid, eliminating the risk of fragmentation that contaminates the work area. The white material allows clear visualization of the amount of ink and blood absorbed, helping the artist evaluate the client's bleeding level.
