Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Specially developed to care for tattoos, OTZI by Easytattoo tattoo cream 100ml hydrates and helps restructure the skin barrier. It reduces the itching sensation associated with tattoos. Dermatologically tested, it offers excellent skin tolerance. Does not stick or stain.

How to Use
- Start by cleaning your tattoo with OTZI cleansing gel, rinse with lukewarm water then pat dry with a clean cloth.
- Apply the tattoo cream, massaging gently until it is completely absorbed.
- Reapply 3 or 4 times a day for 10 days.

The shea butter contained in OTZI cream is very rich in active ingredients: fatty acids, vitamins A, D and E… Incredibly moisturising, it soothes, protects and deeply nourishes the skin. The combination of precious ingredients it contains also helps to maintain the skin's elasticity by stimulating collagen production. Its exceptional content of unsaponifiables gives it an emollient action, helping the active ingredients to penetrate the skin. It is not by applying a large quantity of cream that the result will be optimal. On the other hand, the mechanical action of massage will help the cream to penetrate properly, thereby restructuring the skin barrier.
