Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Pierce Limba 100004 is a set of tongue barbells made from 316L surgical stainless steel with standard 14G gauge (1.6mm), with decorative bile acrilice colorate solide balls. The straight bar with approximately 16-19mm length is specifically sized for tongue thickness, ensuring sufficient space for initial post-piercing swelling but without being excessively long for long-term wear. Balls are made from varied materials — colored acrylic, metal with crystals, or metal with images — offering aesthetic versatility and customization possibilities. 316L surgical stainless steel is the standard material for oral piercings due to its corrosion resistance in the moist and acidic oral cavity environment, demonstrated biocompatibility, and high durability. Tongue piercing has a relatively short healing period (4-6 weeks) compared to other body piercings, but requires increased attention in the first days — soft diet, avoiding spicy and hot foods, rinsing with water or saline solution after each meal. The barbell with balls at both ends prevents accidental sliding through the piercing channel and provides stability during speaking and chewing.
