Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The 10G Piercing Needle is a professional large-gauge needle (gauge 10 = 2.588mm diameter) designed for body piercing procedures requiring a generous-diameter perforation to accommodate thick-gauge jewelry. Gauge 10 is used in procedures such as: industrial piercings (industrial barbell), certain ear piercings (conch, daith with thick jewelry), surface piercings, and certain initial stretching applications. The needle is manufactured from surgical-grade medical stainless steel (AISI 316L), a biocompatible material that minimizes allergic reaction risk and provides the corrosion resistance needed for biological fluid contact. The triplanar tip (three-plane cutting) is precision-sharpened to penetrate cutaneous tissue with minimal resistance, reducing tissue trauma, perceived client pain, and post-procedure healing time. The needle is individually sterilized via gamma radiation or ethylene oxide and packaged in a sealed pouch guaranteeing sterility until opening. Each needle is for SINGLE USE ONLY — used on one client and immediately disposed of in a sharps medical waste container. Reuse of piercing needles is prohibited by sanitary regulations and represents a serious risk of transmitting hepatitis B/C, HIV, and other blood-borne pathogen infections. The needle length allows a firm grip and precise control of penetration angle and depth.
