Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The 16G Piercing Needle is the professional needle dedicated to fine and delicate piercings, the standard for most facial and ear procedures. Gauge 16 (1.2mm diameter) represents the ideal caliber for locations requiring thin and discreet jewelry — helix, tragus, conch, daith, rook, nostril (nose), thin lip (labret, monroe, medusa), and eyebrow. Manufactured from AISI 316L surgical-grade stainless steel with a precision-sharpened triplanar tip, the needle penetrates cutaneous and cartilaginous tissue with minimal resistance, reducing tissue trauma, perceived pain, and healing time. The 1.2mm diameter creates a channel stable enough for jewelry yet small enough to integrate discreetly into facial and auricular anatomy. Individually sterilized via gamma radiation or ethylene oxide and packaged in a sealed pouch with a sterility indicator, each needle guarantees maximum safety. The needle is for SINGLE USE ONLY — a new, sterile needle opened in front of the client for each procedure. Needle reuse is prohibited by law and constitutes a serious infection transmission risk. Gauge 16 is the second most popular caliber after 14G, essential in any professional piercing studio. The needle length allows an ergonomic grip and precise penetration control through cartilage or soft tissue.
