Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Before any tattoo or piercing, any good artist knows that you need to clean your canvas and Povidone iodine prep pads will do exactly that. Iodine prep pads contain a 10% povidone-iodine solution, which is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that kills viruses and bacteria. This solution forms a protective barrier until the solution is washed off, so it is ideal for an antiseptic skin preparation. The preparation pads are packed in easy-to-break bags, keeping them convenient and free of contaminants. If you have a hard-to-reach area, we also offer the povidone-iodine solution in the form of a tampon.

Iodine solution 10% (povidone-iodine) impregnated wipes in the 10-piece pack are the broad-spectrum antiseptic consumable used in tattoo and piercing studios for deep skin disinfection before invasive procedures. Povidone-iodine (PVP-I) 10% is one of the most effective cutaneous antiseptics, with bactericidal, fungicidal, virucidal, and sporicidal action — a broader spectrum than isopropyl alcohol, which does not eliminate bacterial spores. Each wipe is individually packaged in a sealed sachet, maintaining the active iodine concentration and product sterility. Upon skin application, the 10% iodine solution creates a visible disinfection zone (yellow-brown coloration) that allows the artist to visually confirm complete coverage of the work area. This coloration cleans easily with isopropyl alcohol or green soap after the antiseptic function is fulfilled. Iodine's mechanism of action is through direct oxidation of microorganism cellular components, providing disinfection within 15-30 seconds of contact. Recommended use: skin disinfection for piercing (especially cartilage piercings or areas with high infection risk), skin preparation for tattoos in sensitive areas, and as an alternative to isopropyl alcohol for clients with alcohol sensitivity. The 10-piece pack is suitable for artists who use iodine selectively or as complementary stock. Do not use on clients with documented iodine allergy or thyroid conditions. Single-use product, dispose as medical waste.
