Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The Puncher Pierce is a professional circular perforation instrument (dermal punch) designed for body piercing procedures where tissue disc removal is necessary to create a round, clean hole with precise diameter. Unlike classic piercing needles that displace and cut tissue linearly, the punch completely removes a small tissue cylinder, creating a permanent channel with smooth, uniform edges. This instrument is predominantly used for: large-caliber cartilage piercings (conch, daith), dermal piercings (subcutaneous implant), large initial-gauge lobe piercings (instant stretching), and certain genital piercings. The punch is manufactured from medical-grade surgical stainless steel with a precision-sharpened circular blade that cuts tissue cleanly, without crushing or fragmentation. The cutting diameter corresponds to the desired jewelry gauge, allowing immediate jewelry insertion without the need for progressive stretching. The instrument is individually sterilized and packaged in sterile conditions. It is for SINGLE USE ONLY — the blade dulls on first use and reuse compromises both patient safety and perforation quality. Punch use requires specific training and is regulated differently from needle piercing in some jurisdictions as it involves tissue removal.
