Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Description
The Retainer Screw Spring Hummingbird is the dedicated spring for the retention mechanism of Hummingbird rotary machines, a micro-engineered component that ensures constant and controlled pressure of the retainer screw on the needle bar. This precision spring functions as a dampening and preloading element within the needle securing system, preventing accidental loosening of the retainer screw under the effect of vibrations generated during high-RPM machine operation. Manufactured from high-strength spring steel, heat-treated to maintain consistent elastic properties across thousands of compression-expansion cycles, this spring absorbs micro-shocks transmitted by the rotary mechanism and converts them into uniform pressure on the needle bar. Without this spring, the retainer screw would progressively loosen during a tattoo session, resulting in needle instability, inconsistencies in penetration depth, and potential work interruptions for re-tightening. The spring dimensions are precisely calibrated to fit within the retention chamber of Hummingbird machines — a spring too rigid would lock needle bar movement, one too soft would not provide sufficient anti-vibration preload. The original Hummingbird part guarantees the correct elastic rate for optimal system function. The spring should be replaced whenever a loss of tension is observed (needle bar begins to vibrate or the retainer screw loosens frequently). Recommended as a mandatory spare part in the kit of any tattoo artist using Hummingbird machines, alongside the retainer screw and other consumables.
