Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

White disposable apron, set of 10 pieces, essential personal protective equipment for tattoo artists. The disposable apron protects the artist's clothing and skin from ink splashes, blood, and other biological fluids inevitable during tattoo sessions. Manufactured from waterproof PE (polyethylene) plastic material, lightweight and comfortable, which does not restrict arm and body movements during work. The neck-tie and back-tie design ensures secure body attachment regardless of the artist's physical build. The white color provides immediate visibility of any contamination, facilitating identification of when the apron needs replacement — an important hygiene advantage over colored or black aprons that can mask blood stains. Full length protects from chest to knee, covering the critical exposure zone during tattooing. As a single-use product, the apron is discarded after each session (or more frequently if visibly contaminated), completely eliminating cross-contamination risk through insufficiently decontaminated reused clothing. Romanian DSP regulations mandate the use of disposable or decontaminable personal protective equipment in tattoo studios. The set of 10 covers 1-2 weeks of activity for an individual artist. The apron is worn over work clothes and complemented with examination gloves, face mask, and optionally protective sleeves for complete protection.
