Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Sorry Mom Hold Fast Stencil Solution 100ml is a professional transfer solution designed for applying tattoo stencils with maximum precision and durability. The Hold Fast formula was developed by the Sorry Mom team in Denmark to solve artists' most common frustration: stencils that wipe off or fade during the session. The solution creates a strong bond between the thermal stencil ink and the skin, keeping lines clear and visible even during long 6-8 hour sessions. The formula is water-based, non-toxic, and dermatologically tested, eliminating concerns associated with traditional alcohol-based solutions that can irritate the skin. Hold Fast works excellently on all skin types — including oily skin, which represents the primary challenge for stencil adhesion. Application is done by wiping with a towel or direct application to the skin before transferring the stencil from thermal paper. Compared to Stencil Stuff or Spirit Stencil Transfer, Sorry Mom Hold Fast offers comparable adhesion with a superior safety profile due to its alcohol-free formula.
