Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

The blister, which contains a sterile operating field, opens in its upper part, where the distinctive sign is written.
Thanks to the special way of folding the operating field, it can be stretched easily and quickly.
The operating field is applied with the non-woven layer on the outside, which ensures a good absorption of fluids. Sterile field 2 layers 38x45cm, can be used both on the work table so as not to dirty the surface you have and for wiping different instruments.

The 2-Layer Sterile Drape 38x45cm is an essential component of the biosafety protocol in any professional tattoo or piercing studio, functioning as a sterile work surface on which instruments and consumables are arranged during the procedure. The 38x45cm dimension is optimized for covering standard instrument trays and auxiliary work surfaces — large enough to accommodate grips, cartridges, ink cups, and swabs, yet compact enough not to waste space. The two-layer construction combines an upper absorbent cellulose layer that captures liquids (ink, blood, cleaning solutions) and a lower waterproof polyethylene layer that prevents fluid penetration to the work surface beneath. This bi-layer architecture is critical: the absorbent layer keeps the work surface dry and functional, while the waterproof barrier eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between clients. The drape is sterilized through irradiation or ethylene oxide, individually or set-packaged, and intended exclusively for single use. In tattoo practice, the sterile drape is placed on the instrument tray at the beginning of each session, creating a defined aseptic zone where all elements that contact the client are positioned in an organized manner. According to Romanian health regulations and EU directives on infection prevention in invasive aesthetic procedures, the use of sterile drapes is mandatory in authorized studios. Non-sterile alternatives (paper towels, plastic wrap) do not provide sterility guarantees and can be cited as non-compliance during health inspections. The product is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and compatible with all surface disinfectants used in the tattoo industry.
