Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Suprasorb F is a self-adhesive, transparent dressing that easily adapts to any body contour and offers high wearing comfort. The transparent film dressing makes the tattoo easy to monitor and protects the fresh epithelial tissue from external factors such as microbes and fluids.
Suprasorb F maintains a moist environment and thus promotes faster healing of the tattoo.

Suprasorb F set of 10 pre-cut sheets 10cm x 25cm is the extended format of the transparent medical dressing from Lohmann & Rauscher, designed for medium tattoos and procedures requiring length coverage. With a surface area of 250 cm² per sheet, this format comfortably covers elongated tattoos: forearms, shins, ribs, collarbones, and lateral trunk bands. Each sheet is individually packaged and sterile, with a silicone backing for controlled bubble-free application. The 10-micron semi-permeable polyurethane film ensures the perfect balance: allows oxygen and water vapor to pass (MVTR >800 g/m²/24h) while simultaneously blocking water, bacteria, and environmental contaminants. This selective permeability creates optimal moist healing conditions — the epidermis regenerates faster, scabbing is minimal, and colors remain saturated. The 10x25cm format is particularly valued by artists specializing in lettering, script tattoos, and elongated forearm designs, as a single sheet covers the entire design length without overlapping. The hypoallergenic medical-grade acrylate adhesive leaves no residue and does not damage fresh colors. Compared to Dermalize Pro Sheets (available in similar formats at double the price), Suprasorb F delivers the same medical quality at an accessible cost.
