Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Hummingbird RM Cartridge Needles are Round Magnum (Soft Edge) cartridges from the value Hummingbird range, delivering smooth shading at the most accessible price in the quality cartridge segment. The RM configuration with progressively shorter outer needles creates gradients without hard edges, enabling natural transitions from dense ink to clean skin. The functional safety membrane prevents backflow and ensures adequate ink flow, while surgical steel with #12 gauge (0.35mm) and medium taper provides constant penetration. Universal compatibility with all pen-style machines — works on Cheyenne Sol Nova, FK Irons Xion, Bishop Fantom, Dragonhawk Mast, EZ P2S, and any other machine with standard cartridge grip. Available from 7RM through 15RM, covering everything from small detailed areas to large surfaces for sleeves and back pieces.
