Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.

RS configuration arranges needles circularly with controlled spacing for gradual ink deposition in small areas, enabling texturing, delicate transitions, and pepper shading techniques with good control. Functional safety membrane preventing backflow, surgical steel with decent sharpness, standard #12 gauge (0.35mm), versatile medium taper.
