Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

How to Use Tattoo Soothe Topical Anesthetic Gel:
After the initial few passes, place a thin layer of Tattoo Soothe Topical Anesthetic Gel over the area being worked on and wait approximately one to two minutes. As you continue working, repeat process, upon customer’s request.

Tattoo Soothe 30ml is the professional format of the topical anesthetic gel designed for extended tattoo sessions and large pieces. With 30ml of anesthetic gel, this container comfortably covers long 4-8 hour sessions on large pieces: sleeves, back pieces, full thighs, and any design requiring multiple applications throughout the session. The formula is identical to the 10g variant — a complex of topical anesthetic agents (lidocaine and/or prilocaine) in a gel base that adheres to worked skin without dripping or diluting ink. The gel functions as secondary numbing: applied to open skin (after the first minutes of work), with rapid effect (2-5 minutes) and 45-90 minute duration per application. The gel texture ensures controlled application — you can distribute the exact quantity needed on each area. The 30ml format is designed for per-session use (not multiple clients) — however, for short sessions with small tattoos, 30ml may be excessive; in this case, opt for the 10g format. For hygiene reasons, use a single-use spatula or apply directly from the tube with clean gloves, without touching the container tip to the worked skin.
