Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

The 39F tip accommodates maximum-size flat needles (17F-21F), allowing coverage of very large areas in a single pass. This setup is predominantly used in Japanese styles (full sleeves, back pieces, body suits) where immense skin surfaces need to be filled with uniform color. Stainless steel ensures absolute durability and unlimited autoclavability. Solid construction with detachable tip allows complete cleaning and professional sterilization. Recommended exclusively for experienced artists working large-scale pieces with powerful coil machines or traditional rotary machines with long stroke. This tip requires a machine with sufficient power to drive large flat needle groupings — underpowered machines will not deliver adequate performance. Satin stainless surface provides natural grip with gloves. The traditional setup with 39F flat tip is a niche instrument, used by Japanese and large-scale artists that no cartridge can match in coverage efficiency on massive surfaces.
