Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
Description
In addition to washing hands with soap, water and a paper towel, using this gel is even more effective for hand hygiene. Contains glycerin and betadine. They contribute to the improvement and care of the skin, when the hands are frequently rubbed with alcohol gel. It is perfect for food service sectors, as well as when hand washing is not possible under normal conditions.
Sanitizes and disinfects hands quickly, without water. Approved in accordance with the European standard EN 1500, which means 99.9% bacteria are eliminated.

It is used only with the liquid soap dispensers from the S1 system
The product is dermatologically tested.
Precautions and recommendations:
it is good that this product is not left to the discretion of children;
containers must be kept tightly closed;
their storage should be done in cool and ventilated places
in case of contact with the eyes, we recommend immediate washing with plenty of clean water. Otherwise, it can cause serious eye irritation.
