Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. In case of impossibility of repair, you can receive a price reduction. Damaged or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. For more details, consult the warranty certificate.

You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.
THIS PRODUCT IS EXEMPT FROM RETURNS, according to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, Art. 16. Sealed products, unsealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.

Spirit Tattoo Carbon is completely hassle-free, without any transfer paper, slip sheets, or backing paper to get in the way.
Each box comes with 200 carbon sheets. Please note that these papers are for hand-drawn stencils. They are not compatible with thermal or fax style printers.

The A4 Spirit Carbon Transfer Sheet for freehand use is the premium alternative to the classic hectograph sheet, utilizing activated carbon technology to produce more intense and visible transfer lines on skin. Manufactured by ReproFX, the global pioneer in tattoo stencil consumables, the Spirit Carbon sheet is designed exclusively for manual tracing — the artist traces the design on the upper layer with a pen or stylus, and the carbon layer transfers a powerful imprint onto the contact sheet. The fundamental difference from hectograph lies in the pigment composition: carbon produces lines of deep black-violet, with significantly higher contrast on skin compared to the subtle violet of hectograph. This superior intensity makes the carbon sheet ideal for bold outlines, designs with thick lines, traditional and neo-traditional styles, and tattoos on very dark skin where visibility is critical. The multi-layer system includes the semi-transparent upper tracing sheet, the active carbon layer, and the protective backing sheet. Spirit carbon pigment is dermatologically tested, non-toxic, and safe for direct skin contact — it does not interfere with the tattooing process and leaves no permanent residue. The A4 format (210mm x 297mm) is the universal standard for professional studios.
