Delivery in Romania is done by:
- GLS Courier: Delivery in 1 day for orders placed until 20:30. Cost: 24 lei.
- Personal pickup: Sibiu, Str. Rahovei no. 16A (CT2).
- DHL: For international orders. The cost and delivery time will be communicated after placing the order.
The delivery time is 1-2 business days, but may be extended in exceptional cases (weather conditions, high volume of orders).
Orders placed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00 - 20:30) will be processed the next business day.
Tatuat.ro products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity, according to the legislation in force. If non-conformities occur, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You can return the products within 14 days of receiving them, according to OUG 34/2014. Complete the return form on the site to initiate the process. Products must be in their original packaging, intact and accompanied by all accessories.
Products exempt from return:
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed (e.g.: mascaras, creams).
- Personalized or made-to-order products according to the customer's specifications.
- Products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly.
Return costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 days of receiving the return.

To achieve clear stencils, Spirit Classic Freehand Hectograph Paper uses high-visibility purple dyes blended with a one-of-a-kind wax matrix; the dye-wax blend is super smooth and highly responsive to pressure, allowing you to create any stencil with ease, even the most detailed.

The A4 Spirit Hectograph Transfer Sheet for freehand use is the industry standard for manual tattoo design transfer onto skin, manufactured by ReproFX — the global leader in tattoo transfer consumables. Unlike thermal sheets that require a printer, the hectograph sheet is designed exclusively for manual tracing of designs with a writing instrument (pen, dermatograph pencil, or stylus), giving the artist complete control over every line. The set consists of multiple functional layers: the upper tracing sheet (milky layer) where the artist draws or traces the design, the hectograph transfer layer containing the transferable violet pigment, and the protective backing sheet. Spirit hectograph pigment is formulated for maximum visibility on skin, with a distinct blue-violet hue that does not blend with the skin's natural lines. The formula is dermatologically tested, non-toxic, and compatible with all skin types, including very fair or very dark complexions. Transfer is achieved by applying a stencil solution (Spirit, Electrum, Stencil Stuff) to clean skin, positioning the sheet, applying uniform pressure, and removing the sheet — the design remains visible on the skin throughout the entire tattoo session.
