Guide & full description
Complete guide: Eternal Turquoise 30ml
A drawing ink from Eternal, in an intense turquoise shade, at the border between blue and green — a cool but vibrant color reminiscent of tropical waters. The 30ml bottle with squeeze cap allows precise, controlled dosing. It is intended for drawing: useful to tattoo artists who sketch and color their designs, illustrators, and anyone working with liquid inks on paper. Important to know from the start: the official purpose of this product is drawing, not tattooing.
How to use
- Shake the bottle well before each use, so the pigment disperses evenly in the liquid.
- Pour a small amount into a separate container (cap or cup) instead of working directly from the bottle — this way you don't contaminate the rest of the ink.
- Apply on paper with a brush, dip pen, or other drawing tool suitable for liquid inks.
- For custom shades, mix it in a cup with other Eternal colors: with white you get a pastel turquoise, with a blue you get cooler turquoise tones, with a light green you get a brighter, fresher turquoise.
- First test the shade and behavior of the ink on a piece of paper identical to that of the final work.
- At the end, wipe the bottle mouth and close the cap tightly, then store at room temperature, away from sunlight.
Tips from us
- Never pour leftover ink from the palette cup back into the bottle — discard the excess; this keeps the rest of the contents clean.
- Turquoise shades are ideal for sketches with aquatic themes, mandalas, and ornaments — use it where you want a cool color with impact.
- If you want gradients, prepare 2-3 dilutions or mixes in separate cups in advance, so you can work fluidly.
- Label your cups when mixing multiple shades, so you can reproduce the color recipe later.
- Don't leave the bottle open while working — the ink can thicken, and dust can contaminate it.
- Do not freeze the product or keep it near heat sources; large temperature variations can affect its consistency.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this ink for tattooing?▾
No — the official purpose of this product, as marketed, is drawing. Using it for any purpose other than the stated one is strictly the consumer's responsibility, and the shop assumes no liability in such case. If you need tattoo pigments, choose products from the dedicated tattoo ink category, explicitly sold for that purpose.
What shade is Turquoise, exactly?▾
It is an intense, saturated turquoise, at the border between blue and green — a cool but vibrant color, reminiscent of tropical waters and the semiprecious stone turquoise. In drawing, it works very well for aquatic elements, waves, mandalas, and ornaments, wherever you want a cool accent with personality.
Can it be mixed with other Eternal colors?▾
Yes, colors from the Eternal range can be mixed with each other. As a guide: mixed with white you get a pastel turquoise; with a blue you get cooler turquoise tones; with a light green you get a brighter, fresher turquoise. Make the mixes in a separate cup, not in the bottle, and test the shade on paper before using it on the final work.
How do I store the ink and take care of bottle hygiene?▾
Keep it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, and do not freeze it. Shake the bottle before use for even pigment dispersion and close the cap tightly after each use. For hygiene: pour the ink into a separate container when working, do not put the brush directly into the bottle, and do not pour back the excess — this way you avoid contamination and extend the life of the product.
Is it a vegan product?▾
Yes, according to the manufacturer, the formula is vegan and cruelty-free: it contains no animal-derived ingredients and has not been tested on animals. Eternal is an American brand with a long history in the field, founded in 1976 in Detroit.
What's the difference compared to the Robin Egg shade from the same range?▾
Turquoise is an intense, saturated turquoise, with depth and exotic character, while Robin Egg is a lighter, more delicate blue-turquoise, airy and pastel. If you want impact and color density in your drawing, choose Turquoise; if you want a fine, background or transition tone, Robin Egg. The two complement each other well in gradients.
