Guide & full description

Complete guide: Panthera Ink Reach Polar White 30ml

A professional white tattoo ink, in a 30 ml bottle, designed for artists who need a dense white with strong saturation. The medium-density consistency makes it suitable for both accents and highlights, as well as for mixing with other colors. The formula complies with REACH standards, the European requirement for tattoo inks used in the EU.

How to use

  1. Check the seal and expiration date on the label before first use — do not use a bottle that is unsealed or expired.
  2. Shake the bottle well before each session so that the pigment is evenly distributed in the liquid.
  3. Pour only the necessary amount into disposable ink caps; never work directly from the bottle.
  4. Close the bottle immediately after pouring and do not touch the nozzle with your hands, needles, or other surfaces.
  5. Use the white for accents, highlights, or, in separate caps, to lighten other colors by mixing.
  6. Generally apply the white towards the end of the session, after the other colors, to keep it clean and unaltered.
  7. At the end, discard any remaining ink in the cap — never pour it back into the bottle.
  8. Store the bottle tightly closed, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

Tips from us

  • Write the date of first opening on the label so you can track how long the bottle has been opened.
  • For pastel shades, mix the white with the desired color in a separate cap, adding the white gradually until you achieve the desired tone.
  • Keep a separate cap of white exclusively for highlights, so it does not get contaminated with pigment from other colors on the needles.
  • Strong saturation means a little product covers a lot — pour small amounts and top up as needed to reduce waste.
  • If you work with white often, shake the bottle for a few extra seconds before pouring — white pigments tend to separate more noticeably when at rest.
Warning: Product intended exclusively for professional use, under strict hygiene conditions: disposable gloves, new ink caps for each client, and surfaces protected with barriers. Do not reuse or redistribute ink that has come into contact with needles or skin — any leftover in the cap must be discarded at the end of the session. Keep the bottle tightly closed between uses, protected from contamination, and out of reach of children.

Frequently asked questions

What is white tattoo ink specifically used for?

It has three main roles: highlights (points and lines of light that give volume to the tattoo), final accents on small areas, and mixing — added over other colors in a separate cap, it lightens the tone and creates pastel shades. Thanks to its strong saturation and medium-density consistency, this white covers both types of work: fine details as well as mixing in color palettes.

What does 'compliant with REACH standards' mean and why does it matter?

REACH is the European regulation that limits the chemicals allowed in products on the EU market, including tattoo inks, where specific restrictions have applied since 2022. A REACH-compliant ink can be used legally in studios in Romania and the rest of the European Union. For you as an artist, it is the basic criterion when choosing your working ink.

Can I reuse the ink left in the ink cap after a session?

No, never. Everything you poured into the cap is considered contaminated from the moment you started working — even if it looks clean. It must be discarded at the end of the session, along with the rest of the disposable consumables. Never pour the ink back into the bottle: you would contaminate the entire contents and render it unusable.

Does it work with any tattoo machine and any type of needle?

Yes. Tattoo ink does not depend on the machine type — it works the same with rotary or coil machines and with cartridges or classic needles. What matters is your technique: you choose the needle configuration and working method based on the desired effect (fine highlight lines versus open fill areas), not based on the ink.

Why is white applied at the end, after the other colors?

For two practical reasons: white gets dirty easily — if you work with it early and then go over areas with dark pigment, you risk muddying it — and, being an accent color, it has the greatest impact when applied cleanly over the already defined work. That's why most artists save white highlights for the last step of the session.

How do I store the bottle to make it last as long as possible?

Close it tightly immediately after each pour, wipe the nozzle if any product has leaked onto it, and store it upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Shake it well before each use and respect the expiration date on the label — an expired ink or one with a changed smell or consistency should no longer be used.
