Guide & full description
Complete guide: Viking By Dynamic Skin 15ml
"Viking By Dynamic Skin 15ml" is a professional tattoo ink from the Viking by Dynamic (Dynamic Color) range, in the skin/nude shade, sterilized and packaged in a 15ml bottle. It is designed for artists who need realistic skin transitions, highlights, or shading, being pre-dispersed for even absorption into the skin. The formula complies with European REACH standards and is vegan, not tested on animals.
How to use
- Upon receipt, check the holographic label and heat seal of the bottle — they are the mark of authenticity for the Dynamic Color range and confirm the product has arrived sterilized.
- Shake the bottle well before each use, so that the pre-dispersed pigment is evenly distributed in the liquid.
- Pour only the amount you need from the bottle directly into disposable ink caps — never insert the needle or grip directly into the bottle to avoid contaminating the remaining ink.
- For maximum saturation — firm outlines, solid fills — use the ink undiluted, straight from the bottle.
- For wash or gradient effects, dilute the ink in a 1:1 ratio with a mixing solution (reducer).
- Choose your needle configuration according to the work stage: RL 3-7 for outlines/fine lines, RM 7-15 for filling and shading.
- Tightly close the bottle cap after each use and store it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
- At the end of the session, discard any leftover ink in the used cup — never pour used ink back into the original bottle.
Tips from us
- The Skin/nude shade is especially useful for highlights, transitions, and for balancing other colors when creating your own blends.
- Test the dilution ratio (undiluted vs. 1:1) on a test surface before using it on the client, especially if you want a controlled wash effect.
- Store the bottle away from direct sunlight and heat sources, at room temperature, to respect the 3-year shelf life from manufacture.
- Always check the holographic label and heat seal upon delivery — counterfeit products exist on the market, and these elements guarantee you have an authentic Dynamic Color bottle.
- Note down the dilution combination and needle configuration that gave you the desired result, so you can reproduce it in future sessions.
Frequently asked questions
How long can I keep the bottle after opening it?▾
The manufacturer indicates a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture, provided it is stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. After opening, the most important thing is not to contaminate the bottle — always use disposable cups for each session, otherwise you risk faster degradation than the date indicated on the label.
What dilution should I use for outlines versus shading or wash?▾
For lines and fills with maximum saturation, the ink is used undiluted, directly from the bottle. For wash or gradient effects, the manufacturer recommends a 1:1 dilution with a mixing solution. For needle configuration, RL 3-7 is recommended for outlines/lines, and RM 7-15 for filling and shading.
Is it vegan or tested on animals?▾
No. The Viking by Dynamic Color range is vegan and not tested on animals — it contains no animal-derived ingredients.
How do I know the bottle is original and not counterfeit?▾
Viking by Dynamic Color inks are packaged in transparent PET bottles, with a holographic label that includes an anti-counterfeit layer with the Dynamic Color logo, plus a heat seal confirming the product has been sterilized. Check both elements upon delivery, before first opening.
Can it be mixed with other colors from the range?▾
Yes. The Skin shade is part of the extended Viking by Dynamic Color range, and the inks from this range are designed to be mixed with each other to create custom blends.
Does the ink depend on the type of tattoo machine I use?▾
Not directly — the formula is designed for standard professional use, regardless of whether you work with a rotary machine or coils. What matters most is the needle configuration: RL 3-7 for lines, RM 7-15 for filling and shading, as per the manufacturer's recommendation.
