Guide & full description
Complete guide: Xtreme Ink Bloody Orange 30ml
This is a professional tattoo ink in a 30 ml bottle, a deep orange shade with a reddish undertone — the warm transition zone between red and orange. It is intended for color artists: sunsets, fire effects, autumn leaves, warm-toned realism, and bold color transitions. It comes ready to use straight from the bottle, no mixing or dilution needed, and is compatible with coil, rotary, and pen machines. The manufacturer declares it vegan, cruelty-free, and compliant with REACH regulations.
How to use
- Before the session, check the integrity of the bottle and the readability of the label, then prepare a disinfected workstation covered with disposable barriers.
- Shake the bottle well before each use to ensure the pigment is evenly distributed.
- Pour only the necessary amount into disposable ink caps, separate for each client. Never insert the needle, machine tip, or any other tool directly into the bottle.
- Do not dilute the ink — the formula is ready to use as it comes out of the bottle.
- If you need an intermediate shade, mix in the cap, not in the bottle, and note down your proportions so you can reproduce the shade at the touch-up session.
- Work with constant pressure and speed; good saturation on the first pass means you don't need to go over the area endlessly — the less you traumatize the skin, the cleaner the healing.
- At the end, discard the caps along with the leftover ink. Used ink is never poured back into the bottle.
- Wipe the outside of the bottle, close the cap tightly, and store it at room temperature, away from direct light and excessive heat.
Tips from us
- Write the date of first opening on the bottle — it helps you keep track of stock and rotate supplies in the order they were opened.
- Pour small amounts and refill as needed, instead of filling large caps 'just in case': wastage of colored ink adds up quickly over sessions.
- Keep in mind that any ink fades slightly after full healing, so judge the final result at the touch-up, not on the day of the tattoo.
- Light warm shades read differently depending on the client's skin phototype — on darker skin, an orange needs a different build than on lighter skin. Discuss this with the client during the design phase.
- Keep the label and batch number on the bottle until you finish the product; they are useful for traceability if you ever need them.
- Buy inks only from sources that guarantee authenticity and supply chain — for products that go into the skin, provenance matters as much as the shade.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of work is this shade suitable for?▾
It is a deep orange with a reddish undertone, meaning it sits exactly in the transition zone between red and orange. The manufacturer recommends it for dramatic sunsets, fire effects, warm-toned realism, autumn leaves, and bold color transitions. Essentially, it is a 'warmth' shade that you use where a classic orange would be too light and a red would be too cool for the composition.
Is it compatible with my machine?▾
Yes — according to the manufacturer, the ink is compatible with all types of tattoo machines: coil, rotary, and pen. Its consistency allows for a constant flow, without needing special adjustments or dilution to pass through the needle configuration.
Does it need to be diluted or mixed before use?▾
No. It is formulated as a ready-to-use product, straight from the bottle. The only thing needed before each use is to shake the bottle so the pigment is homogeneous. If you want a lighter or intermediate shade, you mix in the ink cap, not in the bottle.
How do I properly store it and avoid contamination?▾
Store it at room temperature, away from direct light and excessive heat, with the cap tightly closed. The most important hygiene rule is to never insert a needle, machine tip, or any other used tool into the bottle: pour the amount you need into individual caps, one per client, and any leftover in the cap is discarded at the end of the session. Also wipe the outside of the bottle after use to avoid transferring contamination between surfaces.
Can it be combined with other inks?▾
Yes. According to the manufacturer, it mixes well with other inks from the same range to obtain custom intermediate shades — compatibility within the range is designed precisely for predictable mixes. The practical recommendation remains to mix in the cap and note down your proportions so you can reproduce the exact same shade at the touch-up.
What does the color look like after healing?▾
After full healing, it retains its characteristic shade with a slight natural fade — a normal phenomenon for any tattoo ink, regardless of brand. The final result also depends on factors not related to the ink: implantation technique, the client's skin type, and, very importantly, how disciplined the client is with post-tattoo care.
