How to order from tatuat.ro
The website is in Romanian, but ordering is straightforward and you do not need an account. This page walks through the whole process in English, including how international orders work.
Step by step
- Add products to the cart. Browse the categories or use search — brand and model names are international, so most products are recognisable without Romanian. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON), VAT included.
- Choose guest checkout. At checkout you can pick Comandă fără cont (order without an account). Creating an account only makes repeat orders faster.
- Fill in your details. Name, email and phone number are required — we use them to confirm the order and, for international shipping, to quote the cost.
- Add a delivery address only if it differs from the billing address.
- Choose delivery (see the table below).
- Choose payment and confirm the order.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10:00–20:30 (EET). Orders placed outside that window are handled the next working day. Delivery times apply to cash-on-delivery orders; for bank-transfer (international) orders, the clock starts once payment is registered.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery — Romania and Hungary; you pay the courier on arrival.
- TBI Bank instalments — Romania only, orders from 119 lei; you are redirected to TBI at checkout.
- Bank transfer in advance — international orders only, arranged with us by email or phone before ordering.
- Card online and PayPal are not available at checkout.
Tracking, changes and returns
- Tracking: request the AWB number by email at contact@tatuat.ro and follow the shipment online.
- Changing or cancelling an order: call 0369 733 154 — the sooner, the better, since orders are dispatched quickly.
- Returns: see the returns policy (in Romanian). Consumer rights under EU distance-selling rules apply.
